Equipment Introdcution
Our advanced production system integrates world-class equipment, including German DMG machining centers, Fuji two-color printing machines, Italian CALF and OMSO high-end multi-color roller coating/printing machines, NTM high-speed injection molding machines, German DEMAG precision injection molding machines, Swiss MADAG top-positioned embossing hot stamping machines, a introduced CTP plate-making system, Italian SACMI and MACA fully automatic high-speed punching, rolling, lining, and online inspection production lines, as well as the Italian Bortolin Kemo high-speed production line. Combined with domestic rolling, buffering, and online testing lines, this system not only ensures product quality but also comprehensively guarantees the safety of alcoholic and beverage products for consumption.
Raw material——test report
1) Fixed raw material brand and model, quarterly sent to the national packaging inspection center for inspection, and plasticizer special inspection.
2) Fixed raw material supplier and signed quality assurance agreement, each batch of incoming materials are sealed sample for traceability.
3) All raw materials currently in use are food grade materials that have passed the inspection.
